To ensure maximum benefits from the business and apartment records, you need to notify at least 15 days if you plan to stay on weekends and at least 7 days if you plan to stay on weekdays. The maximum stay at the property during your operating period is 10 days.
We strive for simplicity at True Estate, so we charge a single, all-inclusive fee for all of our essential services. There are no hidden costs. Additional apartment-related costs, including utility bills, platform commissions and annual taxes, are accounted for and transparently communicated to customers by True Estate.
