    Do I have to sign a long term contract? Can I stay at the property during the business period?

    As your companion in apartment management services, we always hope to continue to bring you the best values. True Estate hopes that with 1 year of experience, the company’s customers will feel the same. To ensure maximum benefits from the business and apartment records, you need to notify at least 15 days if you plan to stay on weekends and at least 7 days if you plan to stay on weekdays. The maximum stay at the property during your operating period is 10 days.

    How is True Estate apartment management fee calculated?

    We strive for simplicity at True Estate, so we charge a single, all-inclusive fee for all of our essential services. There are no hidden costs. Additional apartment-related costs, including utility bills, platform commissions and annual taxes, are accounted for and transparently communicated to customers by True Estate.
